I’m a corporate professional, a mom of two, and an athlete who refuses to slow down. My world is a mix of conference calls, school runs, and the sound of weights hitting the gym floor. I compete in endurance sports like HYROX, I love the challenge of heavy lifting, and I’m always chasing the next way to push my limits.

But let me be honest — it’s not always easy. Balancing motherhood, a demanding career, and serious training takes planning, grit, and more than a little coffee. What I’ve learned is that you don’t need endless free time or perfect circumstances. You just need to keep showing up.

What I believe:
